CONSIDERATION OF VISIT

In Tokachi Station of National Livestock Breeding Center, we have taken a variety of disease prevention measures in order to prevent outbreak of communicable livestock disease, considering risk of disease invasion, working sfficiency and landscape. When you visit our farm, please comply with the follwing consideration. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

TOURIST

We ask visitors who want to do sightseeing to refrain from entering the area where the livestock are feed (restricted area). When you visit public way located in the farm or observation deck to see view or livestock (sheep and horse), please follow the signboards set in places.
You can get pamphlet telling about farm map and precautions at the office. In cace that you come in big groups, please let us know in advance.

FAQ

Q1.Can I see milking cow ?

A1.We don't feed any milking cow. We feed only bull (boy) cow for breeding.

Q2.Can I enter animal feeding areas ?

A2.We kindly ask you to refrain from entering the areas because we control animal desease.

Q3.Where can I see the animals ?

A3.With any luck, you can see the horses by the observation dack, the sheep by public way, and japanese Black cattle by the observation deck or the publick way.
